• Delivery times are estimated on working days, for orders placed before 1:00 pm from Monday to Thursday.
• Orders placed on Fridays, weekends and holidays will be shipped from the next business day.
• We work to provide the best service, but during holiday periods and sales or promotions, delivery times may be delayed.
• All items are subject to availability in our online store. In the event that we cannot send you a product, we reserve the right to notify you by email, offering you similar items. If you do not wish to place/exchange your order for such substitute items, we will refund the amount corresponding to the item that we cannot send to you.
• It is not possible to cancel or modify an order once the order has been issued and you must wait for the order to be changed or returned.
Returns
All our returns are free.
For reasons of hygiene and health, there are restrictions on the return of intimate products, such as: panties, briefs and boxers.
Swimsuits and Bikinis: The swimsuits will arrive in your order with a hygiene safety sticker, so you can try them on without the fabric coming into direct contact with the skin. In case of being returned, this product cannot be returned without this hygiene sticker.
All products must be returned within 14 days from receipt of the order and the return of the same must be made with the same packaging and all original parts.

• If you have instructions or something else that you would like to share with us, you can indicate it in your mail or to the person who assists you by phone.
• We will receive your return request and once confirmed you will receive the collection instructions at the indicated address and we will manage it.
Once the package is received in our warehouses, you will receive the refund in a period not exceeding 7 days.
