How can I buy on the web?
1. Select the products and the desired characteristics of color and size using the drop-down menus and add them to the shopping cart by pressing the "Add to cart" button.
2. After adding a product to the shopping cart, you can continue shopping by clicking on the "continue shopping" button.
3. You can review the selected products at any time and remove them from the cart by clicking on the cart icon that appears in the upper right corner.
4. Once you have selected all the products you want, click on the link "Checkout" to process the order through the security server. Through this link you will go to the order form.
5. In the form fill in the requested fields of address, shipping method and payment method. Click on the "Continue" button to complete the different fields. You can edit the information provided by clicking the "Modify" button.
7. Finally a screen is displayed with the summary of previous data and the reference of your order, which will serve as proof of the order. You will also receive a confirmation by e-mail in the e-mail you have provided us.
How can I correct data or consult doubts about the order I have made?
You can review your order from the Order history menu in the "My account" menu. To follow the status of our products you must click on the account maintenance link. In it you can see a summary of all your orders made in their respective status. You can also change your account information and shipping information. In case of any doubt, you can also contact the customer service through the contact form, by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, or by phone at the number 93.757.22.79. We would appreciate if you have the order reference at hand to expedite the management of your query.
And if an item does not suit me or is not what I expected, can I exchange it for another or will I get my money back?
Of course. If you change your mind, you can choose another garment or we will refund your money. You only have to return the product within 15 days of receipt as follows:
• Contact customer service through the contact form, by e-mail at email@example.com, or by phone at 93.757.22.79. Please tell us the reason for the return or exchange.
• Then we will tell you by phone or by e-mail how to return your order. The cost of transporting returns of garments in perfect condition are free for collections in Spain except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. In the rest of the areas these costs are paid by the client.
• After a few days, you will receive the new requested garment or the amount of the refund in your account.
How do I know that you have received my order?
Once you have placed your order, you will immediately receive an e-mail confirming the correct receipt of your order.
When will I recive my order?
You will receive it within 1-2 business days. In case the item you want is not available, we will inform you immediately of its situation.
What transportation costs will I have to pay?
Transport costs are free in Spain except in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. There is a transport cost of 15 euros for international shipments, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. There is no minimum order amount to have these transport costs.
What is the delivery area for orders?
We ship orders throughout Spain and Europe.
What is the form of payment?
You can pay by bank transfer, cash on delivery, Paypal and with a VISA or MASTERCARD. Our website guarantees the total confidentiality of your data thanks to the most advanced encryption technologies.
