 The delivery time is estimated at 1 to 3 working days.

How much do I have to pay for shipping costs?

Shipping is free to all of mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. There is no minimum order to benefit from these transportation costs.

International shipments, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, have a transportation cost of €15.

Can I track the status of my order?

Of course! When your package is ready, it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email so you can track the shipment.

I have returned my order. When will I receive the refund?

Once we have received your package in our warehouse, your return will be processed and you will receive the refund within a maximum of 7 working days.

How can I apply a discount code?

If you have a discount code, you can apply it in the area enabled for "discount code" in your purchase process.

Do I have to make an account to place an order?

You can place an order as a guest, without having to enter your password, but we recommend that you simply apply a password of your choice to be able to access your user area and enjoy all the advantages:

- Review of your purchase history

- Saved shipment data. You will no longer have to enter them again!

What payment methods can I use?

Payment will be made securely by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), through the Paypal payment gateway, Bizum, Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery (additional charge of 4 euros).

How will I receive my refund?

Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase.

DOCOR reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or garments that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.

Can I exchange my items?

Garments purchased at DOCOR can be exchanged for another size or color as long as they are in perfect condition and we have stock and they maintain the same price.

What is the deadline to make the change?

The return period is 15 calendar days from receipt of the order.
